A few days ago, I found myself sitting with several of our My Story Matters books in my lap, flipping through the pages our kids had filled out after our first few sessions.

There are days when ministry feels big and exciting, and there are days when it simply looks like showing up. Sitting beside someone. Listening. Answering a question. Reminding a child for the hundredth time that they are loved.

It was good to be reminded that in order to continue pouring out, we also need to make space to be filled up.

Sometimes the greatest moments in ministry begin with years of simply showing up.

Because that's what God does. He gives us little reminders of His presence exactly when we need them.

As one season comes to an end, another is already beginning.

I don’t think I will ever fully be able to express how grateful I am for what your friends have done for us, both personally and for our ministry. The gift of this television has changed the way I am able to teach.

Wherever you are today, I hope and pray you are encouraged to connect with someone who may need it or even reach out and ask to connect with someone because YOU need it.

BUT GOD WASN’T FINISHED WITH JUDE.

Sometimes, all we have is a hallelujah. And today, that was more than enough.

My word for the year is ADVENTURE, and my verse is, "For we walk by faith, not by sight." 2 Corinthians 5:7 and I am clinging to this verse these days. The road ahead looks difficult with my eyes but when I look through the eyes of the Lord I know He is leading and guiding us every step of the way.
